I create content that sounds like a real person talking, because it is. As a trained Voiceover Artist & Narrator, I know how to make a script feel like a real conversation.

I partner with brands on wellness for women over 50, lifestyle trends, and self care to create UGC , spokesperson content, and product videos that feel like a friend's recommendation.

​I'm a Texan who lost her accent.  An afternoon person who can’t figure out mornings.  Someone who loves sweets, long walks, sunsets, shopping and sharing in no particular order.

I’m a former Flight Attendant, Personal Assistant, Wedding Planner, &  Voice Over Artist and I"m sharing everything I know about wellness, style and the products worth talking about.

I created Speak Sash - handmade wearable affirmations because I believe what we say to ourselves changes everything and how we show up in the world.  I share guided meditations that I wrote and recorded on the app  Insight Timer. As well as my favorite product finds, reflections and experiences on YouTube.
